How do I care for my jewelry?

While our jewelry is resilient, please be mindful of its limits. Exposure to body oils, water, and chemicals in beauty and skincare products may alter the finish of the jewelry. Keep in mind that variations in color changes and wear can occur from person to person.

Cleanse your jewelry periodically with a fine jewelry cleaner to maintain and restore the finish and sparkle. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when it is not being worn.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, our shipping services are exclusive to the United States. However, we have aspirations to broaden our reach and extend our shipping services to other countries in the near future!

My piercing jewelry fell out. What do I do?

We recommend checking the fit of your jewelry by occasionally washing your hands and gently squeezing the front and back of the earring together to make sure it is fitting tightly together. If your jewelry falls out, the best thing to do is clean another earring you have on hand and insert it into your piercing if possible to keep it from closing until you can get new piercing jewelry installed.

Can I change my jewelry during the healing period?

We do not recommend changing jewelry during the healing period of your piercing. If there is a reason for a jewelry change, we recommend scheduling a piercing check-up appointment to discuss with our piercers and having any jewelry professionally changed. Changing on your own can be very disruptive to the healing process.

Can a piercing close up if I remove the jewelry?

Yes, some piercings may close up or shrink if jewelry is removed, especially if the piercing is relatively new or not fully healed. Piercings can close quickly, so it is advisable to always leave the piercing jewelry in your piercing to prevent this from happening.

Are piercings reversible?

While some piercings may leave a small mark, most piercings are generally reversible if the jewelry is removed and proper aftercare is followed during the healing process

What are the aftercare instructions?

We have detailed aftercare instructions here.

Does a piercing hurt?

Pain levels vary from person to person and depend on the location of the piercing. Generally, there's a brief pinch or discomfort while the piercing is performed and the jewelry inserted, but the pain usually subsides quickly.
